Recently picked up the 360 CE (brand new/unopened) for $50. I thought it was a decent deal.
Edit - Just thought I'd let anyone who's looking to pick a copy up for a decent price - Future Shop still seems to have a few in stock on both PS3 and 360 for $49.99 + free shipping.
