I had a similar situation,

Ordered both the X360 and PS3 versions,

PS3 Damaged Internally

X360 Damaged Externally and Internally

Now I am disappointed by the quality of the box and not Zavvi itself. Sure Zavvi slipped up but they replaced my X360 for me straight away but what is inexcusable is the poor design of the Box which allowed the contents to move around in transit.

Am I the only person that see this as the greater fault?
