I've ordered from Asda in the past and unfortunately everything has arrived damaged - they've only used plastic bags to cover it, one had a scrimpy bit of bubble wrap. Put in a complaint twice to Asda and they were going to "escalate" it (?). Have ordered today, so hoping things might have improved
