I try find about shipping outside CR, JRC (GAME Czech) is delivered only to CR, Xzone I am not sure, but U can try ask..
problem will be with payment, both shops take bank trasfer or cash on delivery (with post service), I am not sure abou paypal, but I think not

game have czech subtitles and czech manual, voice is eng, as U can see, CE stuf is same as deutch ver., in czech is only keg instead of box
