The best person to ask for advice is jugolicious but Canada post is sometime quite expensive.
The following should never be used:
1) Plastic Bags
2) Jiffy Bags
3) Cardboard wraps by itself ( Can used with bubble wrap and depending on type of Cardboard wrap.
Try to use a box or a good Cardboard wrap ( The ones that overlap)
Bubble wrap is essential, It prevents impact shocks affecting the steelbooks. You can also use Paper wrap but it is heavier than Bubble wrap and not quite as effective.
As for Postage, again only those in Canada an help you there.
