Here in Poland,several sites organized contest for it.Each of the sites offered 3 of them,one for each of the winners.In order to win one,each of the users had to send email with the list of items wich will be inside Polish collectors edition befour it was revealed.PL CE is very similar(if not the same) as Czech one.Here's the link for one of the sites offering it
