Since today ultima.pl is listing the Polish "Edycja Kolekcjonerska" for 259.90 zł and 20 zł (279,90 zł = 67,64 €) for international(!) shipping:

You can pay with your regular credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), but Ultima.pl uses an external service for their financial transactions (payu.pl); at the end of your shopping progress you'll be directed to a formular where have to enter your name, your e-mail address and your so called PESEL, which you most likely won't have if you're not a citizen of Poland. You can get one by contacting payu.pl:

Before that I registered myself at payu.pl, but I don't know if this is neccessary. It took them a few hours to reply, but I got my PESEL without any problems.
At the end you should notice, that it seems as if there isn't the so called "Treasure Island"-DLC included in the ultima.pl offer (maybe I'll contact them about this later).
EDIT: I've corrected the price... the shipping for 1 game costs 20 zł, not 35 zł (that is the price for two games and I ordered two, therefore the mistake). So it it is even cheaper, than I stated before! :-)
