On the Ubisoft page, hover your cursor over the Ubisoft tab on the top left hand corner, then click on ubi.com portal, after the page changes, hover over the top right hand side corner tab [indicating the country code], choose whichever EU country you want.

I just replace 'AU' with either UK or US
