Try ebay from different countries,also try Craigslist. Generally i often just do a google search specifying anything within the last week,either typing just steelbook or typing the type of steelbook i.e Rage Steelbook.
Occasionally you can strike a deal here there,last deal i got was 2 new call of duty steelbooks for AU$10 including postage. Most of time google really can be your best friend,thats how i ended up here
