I agree. It's
blatant false advertising, in my opinion -- Many people probably pre-ordered the Tron CE based off that pic you posted, so at the very least, they should be refunded their money, no questions asked.
Also, do you think it's possible that we will see these Tron CE's for dirt cheap in the next few months? This is a huge breach of quality, and I can only imagine retailers will get desperate to clear these CE's out once word gets out that they are complete crap.
For shame, Disney.
