Yikes! A heart attack? That certainly isn't good to hear. I hope you are recovering well...
As for pictures, I recommend you try www.photobucket.com. I use photobucket for all my picture hosting and embedding needs. It's a great service, though a little quirky and slow at times. What you do is sign up for a FREE account and then simply upload whatever photos you have on your computer to photobucket and you can sort,organize and edit them afterward into albums. Once a picture is uploaded, photobucket automatically creates various "codes" to use, which appear under the picture when you hover over it with your mouse. You can select "IMG" code and cut/paste it into a post on the forums here. Then the picture will show up on the forums (embedded).
