I think gu8 meant Dead Island, not Dead Rising...in which case yes, Dead Island will be absurd in rarity/price in a year or two. SSX for sure as well.
Fun tip about SSX Steelbook:
It is so far the ONLY video game Steelbook ever made that uses a WHITE-PLASTIC component for its spine, as opposed to the CLEAR-PLASTIC component for the spine of every other video game Steelbook out there.
