There's both Priority Mail (about $17 for the small flat rate box; and you can fit two or three steelbooks in it), First Class Mail (a bit cheaper), and Express. Not sure why you'd need to ship Express; you aren't actually allowed to force gift payment here anyways.
Nice price though; I just wish the promo steelbook didn't look identical to the one in the cheap LE.
