Seems like there's 5 people interested in getting the Witcher press pack already, including one willing to pay twice as much... which I guess can't resist. Hope that's understandable. To EU: 40,90 PLN (9,76 EUR) for the "economic" delivery, 62,90 PLN (15 EUR) for express and 71,20 PLN (16,99 EUR) for the safest'n'fastest (at least in theory) delivery. Add 1 Euro for the box etc.
To USA: 41,40 PLN (9,88 EUR) for the "economic" delivery, 77 PLN (18,38 EUR) for express and 85,30 PLN (20,36 EUR) for the safest'n'fastest (at least in theory) delivery. Add 1 Euro for the box etc.
