I bought that sealed SFII for under $60 last year, but I guess I got a deal. It actually should be about 2-3 times that price, but you probably won't be able to sell it at that price. There is not a lot of demand. And the only copy for over $150 never got sold on eBay. So I think ~$90-100 would be fair price.
Megaman 9 is about $200-300;
