Afrika NTSC version is pretty rare, not super rare but I can see it being really rare sealed in the future.
Trinity Universe NTSC version also has very copies on EBay as well.
General rule of thumb assume anything by Natsume, Atlus and NISA will be rare XD
Oh and for the DS. Luminous Arc is pretty rare sealed these days.
