Ok it looks like I can source these steelbooks if anyone is interested. Steel would come with the sealed game as well (I have to buy the game to get the steel).

Since these all include the game, you can pick PS3 or Xbox 360. Not trying to make any money on these, the prices listed are what the games sell for at Future Shop, plus tax and about $5 profit to cover my gas/time.
If you want one let me know, I will go buy it before you send me any money so I can make sure it is still available. I am not buying these before hand and hoping to be able to sell them.
