Lol, I'm usually really lucky with all retailers, not had a damaged item yet
Except ME3 CE, but that wasn't actually damaged, it's just that the glue on the box was weak haha xx
EDIT: Although I received a damaged item today from a private seller on another forum. A mint boxed GBA Zelda game. The sent it in a plastic bag folded over on itself
Needless to say, it was crushed. Luckily it only cost me £4
