Finally, over 20 days later and nothing arrived, I was already upset enough and sent him another e-mail. By that time I was determined to leave negative feedback but I still waited one day before doing so.

I believe he might have his problems and I would accept it if he would be more communicative. I am not the sort of guy to send PM after PM asking for a reply, but I would expect a response within the following days at least. I just waited and waited, expecting to receive the item or a message from him. I never asked my money back and I don't think I was rude except in my last e-mail before leaving negative feedback.

I gave him the correct address and I even confirmed the address again when he said a replacement was being. But then I never heard from him again. I'm not the sort to fill someone's PM with messages, but after waiting for so long I was already upset. If he was more communicative this could have been avoided. I just needed to know when the item was posted and the tracking code if there was one in first place. At a certain point all I did was to wait but then I realized that waiting was no solution.

Please, Jacobpegpog, if you're reading this, it's very important for me if you give me a tracking code (if one exists...) or some kind of information about the packages you've sent. If it was the postal services' fault I will be taking action against them and severely complain about this. But I can only do that if I have some backup information from you...
Considering all of us have had good experience with Jacob, including you Saturn, it is possible something in real life is keeping Jacob from setting this straight. Could be anything. Family death. an illness. He did say he was "out of country". It's also possible that customs confiscated or is witholding whatever it is Jacob sent you, but for the life of me I can't understand why Jacob won't just give you the tracking codes...

But, as you said, he is not communicating and there is not much choice for you but to leave negative feedback. Perhaps if later on he sets thing straight you can reverse it with help from the powers that be (like Symphony or Jugs)
