The controller for uncharted 3 can be purchased for about £99 USD delivered or less with game and steelbook.

You can also get the controller by itself for about $60 + delivery.

Final Fantasy Xiii controller is going to be much harder to get. Best bet is to ask members in Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong to help out.
