Yes they are both actual Japanese games in terms of the language the game is set in [no English]. What I was referring to were the 'regions' they are from, those two links both indicate which region the game disc were made for...which are Japan and Asia. Both disc hold the same Japanese language spoken games. Japanese 'region' indicated games are always more expensive incomparable to other regions, and you'll find Japanese CE/LE are astronomically more expensive compared to PAL/US NTSC/Asia region editions of the same standard/CE/LE [when applicable].
