Of course, most of u guys don´t have any other possibility to buy that stuff but I asked a friend of mine who lives there and she bought it for me this week for 200 HKD (sealed). The price at play-asia is still 45USD (about 37€) for the normal version. And shipping is not even included in the price.

30 Euro may be expensive for you StyX, but that is ABSURDLY cheap for me (and I think many others can agree who buy/sell with USD, Euro and especially GBP).
45 USD is also INSANELY cheap. A normal game (no special box, no CE, no LE) in USA costs $60 USD brand new on release day (excluding tax and shipping if you buy online), so you can see how I would not consider 45 USD expensive by any means.
This Biohazard Chronicles HD set at play asia is extremely well priced! It's going to cost me a total of $68 USD (INCLUDING shipping) and that is an incredible bargain considering I'm getting two brand new games, packaged in a special Asian exclusive box and on physical disc (where in USA and all of Europe only gets download only). I'm basically paying only $8 more than I would for a brand new game and I'm getting an awesome Asian exclusive.
No offense at all is intended here StyX, please understand that. I'm just explaining things from my perspective living here in USA.
PS
There are also many Japanese shops run by single owners who are nice people (collectors and such) and they always get you things from the Asian region for normal prices there and don't inflate like on ebay. One such shop is solarisjapan.com Highly recommended! You will only pay what he pays to acquire something. Nothing more or less.
