Yeah he came along either halfway through the first volume, or in the second one - not too much later that Moore though
Nice, I saw one of those on ebay and severely considered it, but left it as it was too much money for me at the time
I've been desperately looking for the Limited Edition signed & numbered volumes, sadly I can only find the standard ones now.
Saw the first one for £95 in my local comic shop a while back, before I got into TWD, and ignored it. Never seen it for a low price like that since
