If thats posed in interrogative, Then you shouldnt have quoted my part of post there since I never contested that writing to the seller doesnt help or anything likewise?

True, and I did read that he initially agreed to send it to you (wonder what madde him change his mind then??). But usually when sellers clearly state that they will not ship internationally it puts off majority buyers. Not all are bothered to ask, you yourself got ultimately rejected here. I myself ask sellers if they can ship it internationally and some do, some dont. But its those times when a buyer sees the item just before the sale end, there may not be enough time for this Q/A session. Its then such listings suffer. I fully agree that asking seller nevertheless is the best option.
