The official language here in Austria is German (although, most Germans don´t understand us because of our accent
). So the book and all the writing will be in German. And yes it´s uncut. Gamesonly.at already mentioned that the German version will be cut and the AT PEGI will be uncut. The manuals are usually in German so I highly doubt there will be 2 seperate manuals. They sometimes have an English section in the manuals but it´s very rare.
I can´t tell you for sure if it´s in English but I always buy my games here in Austria and play all of them in English (except RPGs) and it works for all games. Just didn´t work for the CoD games.
