I don't necessarily think there's an advantage, since there's the option to buy from the Nin-Nin Game website, and I believe that company is based in France. And they're essentially charging the same price as NCSX.
Just to be clear, the original price for this Ultimate Edition is around $115 in Japan, so I think buying from Nin-Nin (at $175) would include import taxes for Europeans as well, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Either way, $170+ is close enough to $200, so you're basically right.
