I'm truly sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order for Risen 2 : Dark Waters Collector's Edition. Please be assured that it was not our intention to cause you any inconvenience or upset.
I have spoken to our buying department regarding this who have advised me that our suppliers had assured us they will be able to get us a large quantity of stock. It is unfortunate for both ourselves and for you that we were let down by our suppliers meaning we were unable to fulfil your order resulting in a cancellation.
Please be assured that this is not the service we pride ourselves on providing and a full investigation has been raised to help prevent similar situations like this from happening again in the future.
