Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunter was a hefty price to pay, but I got it when there was a dip in the price when more were released in the US through the Subway competition so it wasn't so bad. Was just happy it got through customs without any headaches. Was a nervous wait
The Splatterhouse Coffin comes in two versions:
It was distributed to the media as a Press Kit that included a promo copy of the game, a media asset disc, t-shirt and I think some sort of paper insert.
My copy is one that was given out to various media outlet as a competition prize. Came with a retail copy of the game, t-shirt and skull shaped USB stick (was also a pre-order bonus item locally).
Each coffin box is individually numbered one of 666. Hope that info was helpful
