personally i will aways try to do a fair deal in trade and sales, i would not sell on for profit, i f i have anything to sell at all.
But if someone sells bl2le for 600 they sell it for 600, someone was happy to pay it, is it a rip? for my personal standards yes, but i can not tell people how to sell, buy etc, something is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I do not see a diffrence between a press kit and a sold out ce, if potential buyer wants pay x amount its up to them.
The only thing i would encourage is patience as you might get something cheaper after release if sold out on pre-order, but that could go both ways.
