guys & gals - as I already stated, game will resolve the issue on Monday - my advice would be to contact them via the game website, but if folk want to contact me via pm with their order numbers I would be happy to pass your details onto my contact who is resolving my issue via an email from the CEO
Anyone doubting might recall I totally missed out on U3 Explorer Edition but by my method I managed to snag a spare...I wouldn't want to pass my method on as it might water-down it's effectiveness, but as I said - I have a contact near the top who will be calling me Monday - I can email them tonight with a list of order numbers asking they ensure that those orders are also resolved
BTW, mine was cancelled as my CC had expired between ordering and payment being taken - however I only found that out via my contact...the email is rubbish that they send
