It's rare cos it's not too easily available tho it seems to appear much more on ebay now. Probably cos spain economy is bad. The prices have come down a lot as a result. If I guess I'd say maybe 90% of steelbooks go to non-collectors who get it when they buy the game and they don't take care of the steelbooks. So the number of mint/decent ones is actually much lower. Unless you want a crap shit rusty/busted one, the price is not gonna be cheap. In some cases, even busted ones aren't cheap
I personally think it's overhyped and there are much rarer ones out there.
