Yeah, most times if its not available to outside US it'll say. The preorder bonus for Splatterhouse was a Splatterhouse mask, and even if you were in the US, you didn't get it in the package, you got a code to redeem online to get the mask sent to you, but the site to redeem the code was only for US/CA. This was before I'd signed up here (it was my boyfriend who bought it, I wasn't collecting yet) so when I signed up here I was gutted as I could have just gotten help from a US/CA person
