Yeah, the Fraud prevention flagged me up a while ago as I ordered to get it sent direct to AUS for a member here. But despite there being the option of that on site, if you're in the UK and try to send to somewhere not in the UK, it flags you for fraud.
It took around 2 days for them to fix my account

Had to keep phoning them, as once the fraud thing flags you, it keeps you flagged until one of the staff fixes your account >.< xx
