I don't know when mine will turn up

I emailed them
again, to say that the tracking info has updated again, and that the shipping address has changed to their address, so it's obviously being returned to sender. Asked them to explain what's happening, since I've been told sweet F.A only for them to reply and say "we're sending out a replacement as the first one was for the wrong format due to a glitch, it should be with you soon".
I asked for my new tracking number "sorry, we don't have one"
WTF.
