there's been some instances where my game box was damaged when purchasing through amazon GERMANY..they told me to keep it..and they would either refund my money or send me a free replacement...because they thought it was too much of a hassle to reimburse me for international shipping or it was cheaper for them to send me another one for free as opposed to doing an exchange and refunding my return shipping costs.
