Usually the distributor chooses whether to reprint the slick or not before sending the copy to eb and jb, it depends on the publisher telling the distributer to give us new slicks for the games with our rating printed on them, ce's dont get reprinted as its not worth the price to make new boxes when they can mail a thousand stickers.. Give me a week or 2 and i can get a price list on what eb/jb/gametraders and revolution cd pay for games, on average i think the distributer charges around $10 extra per game and about $10 shipping per game ontop of what they pay bringing it to about 50-70 per game the extra 60- 40 is profit.. This is going by the wholesale costs of the candy that eb sells
