Weird that . . .although the website customer service sucks, I've always found the store people friendly and helpful by and large.

I had a similar story but in reverse to yours. Saw the Medal of Honor Warfighter steelbook in a store prior to release and enquired about it. "You can have one now if you pre-order" I was told. Pre-ordered knowing full well that Forza Horizon was out the same day. Changed my pre-order to that and nobody asked for the steelbook back.

Now all I have to do is wait for the inevitable tumble in price on the MOH Warfighter. Nice !!!
