Hey twisted, I think this is an example that they are going to make it in a way that there is a point. We all know of course that they will milk the cow as much as they can.
They called all these movies Phase One. So this boxset has everything up to date. After the release of all the movies you mention they'll probably do the same in a Phase Two boxset, in around 3-4 years like you say (since Avengers 2 will come out 2015). So, I think it's not that bad.. we've seen far worse milking releases, without extras and another release with extras etc etc. All this assuming they'll release a Phase Two box set as well.
