I was going to get the premium edition for xbox but I didn't as my jap machine is broken atm. I think I will still get the valentine ed anyway even if it's still region locked as the packaging is great and you get a lot more for your money than the normal premium ed.
I think the premium ed is being released as a platinum title at the same time too.
