you want more detail?

usually i write 2 -4 nice paragraphs if i know its a profesional company
if i think its just one person and i know they dont have a replacement its a different story and i have only receivved one like that in the past year
but this morning i was just like
i know the guy is chinese so i am not wasting my time, a nice simple message, then if his response is comprehensible and it seems he is not using a translator but fluent in the language i would follow up with more detail but he explained what he thought had happened and offered what he offered

i seem to be quite good at negotiating as i have been trained in company ownership and management and trained and understand alot of the management talk that goes on within big business and this helps phrase and word messages in a certain way that i know an employee / first point of contact member will look at and say boss i don`t understand this or boss i need help with this one or boss i think you should deal with this one, which saves time and corespondace and gets too my goal faster
although i do like mags tactics from the art of ac3 book i`ll havve to correspond with her to understand how she does it
