they do a reboot of the franchize and everybody want s to get the whole franchize collection
and you remember playing the game and go i wonder what happened to that game
you forgot how cheaply it was made
and ust go damn i need to get this again
and then a undamaged one becomes rare because everyone is like hmm its rare so i must own it
and only a few people think its rare so it must be cr*p (my thoughts on a few items i refuse to own coughcrouchingaltaircough)
so yes tom i know what your saying but i have also seen how the second hand and games collecting market works and it does not follow logic or reasons
the cheaper and more badly made items often make higher prices
not drastically higher like hundreds or thousands but percentagely higher
like a cheap CE that cost 40 will be worth 100 in a year or so but the more expensive CE that cost 80 will also be worth 100 in the same time so the better investment is obviously the cheaper one
seen it happen a fair bit in recent years
