Was only the signature edition released in the US? When I google editions, an ultimate bundle comes up as being planned to release for Revelations. When I look on Ebay or Mercari though I do not see any form of Collector's edition for Revelations. Was the announced C/E never actually release?

I am trying to get my hands on all the C/E for the Assassins Creed Games
