Is the last of us press kit cd the same as the game disc ?
is the press kit disc (black disc) the same as the game disc my press kit has promo disc and it bothers me

It came with 3 different disc.
black joel/ellie disc - this is most common white debug disc - only for debug ps3, mostly send out to larger site (since they have debug units). red/white promo disc - i have seen a few with this, i can now confirm 100% that some of the kits come with this disc (my contact had two TLOU press kits, one with red/white promo one with debug disc).

I wondered if he meant content but ALL promo disc have the regular game one them. Or at least as far as I am aware.
If you are talking about a media assets disc not being in it... it actually has media assets (the bar code). You have to download them... I actually still have them and have been meaning to post them so members can have the assets.

Played through the game using the press disc and later on the retail release. Never noticed a difference. The patches also work on both versions. Hope that helps.

i meant more visual sorry i should have explained myself i think the black disc better suites the press kit mine has the red and white promo disc if it was the same as the game disc i was just going to swap them over
