i can only find the black box on SE's store and its currently full.
Does anyone have any experience with the SE's store when it comes to limited edition meaning do you know if they'll restock after release?

SE has been restocked, I got an email confirming that yesterday, hopefully they haven't sold out already again.

well it's still sold out both on NA store and EU =/

I've cancelled my preorder for this because it's just not worth the price. I'm sure more will become available.

No, but they said they would start charging for orders tomorrow. I like the edition, but it's a lot of money, over 200 euros with postage for an edition with regular contents and a small statue.
