I don't think I've ever seen those tom clancy tins... are those PC releases or something else?

Yes they are and they only release them in Canada.

Yea. For some reason, they still selling it in store and I guess no one bother picking it up. I see it on clearance for $19.99. It is a bargain because you get hat, pouch and several games.

wow... good deal, I'd consider picking it up but I'd really like to not start collecting PC games

PC gaming to me isn't worth a lot anymore. With the introduction of MMO, DRM, online activation, steam and Xlive, PC trade value just goes downhill. EB games stop accepting PC trade in puts a blow to the resell value. It really sucks because some of my best collector edition games are from PC.
