Farcry 3 Why don't us american's get an edition?

Iv'e been looking through limited edition stuff on farcry 3 and noticed america doesn't get one, why in fact iv'e noticed alot of bs from ubisoft this year, first the freedom edition for ac3 is only available to veteren assassin's, whatever that means, oh well the ubiworkshop edition is just fine but back on track, why don't we get an limited edition of farcry, does ubisoft hate americans or something?
