Hi guys a friend of mine wants to sell this items, and he asked me for a value, but im not very sure, so im asking here.
So here are the pics:

Not sure about Gears.

Not at all bud, personally i haven't looked into those items but they're quite impressive.

I never saw neither of the items for sale, i believe it's safe to assume it's worth a bit of money.
Never less than 50€, for the soundtrack, problably more for the artbook, depending on the quality.

About $100 at this point. Lots seem to be coming up though, it'll probably go down in value a bit. Also there is a chance it'll come up on the r* warehouse.
