sbk 11, you can buy the steelbook on amazon.de for 10 euro. If u mean that one?

Most of the ones you list are or were very cheaply available, try amazon.co.uk or zavvi.com

I would guess that is what i meen for sbk 11 im not real possitive im no expert on EU CEs.

Kind of does not help me when they dont ship outside uk.
