Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory CE Xbox
Does anyone have it? I would like it to be new and not extremely expensive.

I'm assuming NTSC... It was a faux steel book (like Halo 2)
I have one but it's not for sale  it took me a few months to track one down and I ended up paying full retail nearly 2 years after it's release for a sealed copy... It's not hard to figure out what I was talking about. Anyways I found a couple like 3 new ones. Probably gonna go get one from one of the sellers
