Looking for a couple of items (Filipino sellers particularly welcome)

So, I am looking for a couple of CE's to add to my collection.
Just some notes though:
1. It is a definite plus if the seller is in the Philippines (an extra plus if you are within the Metro Manila area).
2. The seller is willing to accept on cash on delivery (since I have no credit card and PayPal account).
3. I prefer the item/s that you are selling are in brand new and sealed condition (though it is still okay if the item is used).
4. I don't accept XBOX 360 editions (I prefer PS3, though that doesn't mean I don't like the XBOX 360).
